I'm sure you can use it where grease would be called for. I'll have to wait until I get my new AR upper to get an impression, but it's performed excellent in my M1A (is there an M14/M1A forum around here?) It looks like I'm using my rifle as a guinea pig, I'll have to see what happens after I put more rounds through her, I only put 60 through her after the initial application. |

Phish,I also tried it on my Garand and it worked just as well as anything else.That was before I asked Militec-1. But to me it does just as well as Lubriplate or Tetra. For that application I think grease is grease.I will not buy any until they say yes to firearms use with the militec grease.I used my sample up and no problems. Raymond |
