I finished a build a month ago using a CMC flat trigger. Every AR I own has one of these and I've had nothing but praises about them so far. I've had about 100 flawless rounds through this rifle before today. But after one successful mag through it today, I noticed the trigger was no longer resetting. After every single shot, I'd have to use my finger and push the trigger forward to reset it.
This trigger is not adjustable. The gun is a properly tuned low-mass build, but I doubt that has anything to do with it. Thoughts on what the issue could be? I'm tempted to take the trigger out and try it in a different lower... |

I would pull the trigger group, and give it a good cleaning and lubing. Hence all most sounds like you may have some debris or fouling in the trigger group that is causing some problems now. If above does not help, contact CMC and they will get you squared away. |

I bought a used one here off the EE and didn't ask enough questions.
Turns out I got a large pin version and needed a small pin. I called CMC told them I got it used from a private vendor and would be willing to pay whatever difference to get a small pin trigger. "No problem." he tells me. I sent it in, visually used. They sent me a new trigger manufactured that month no charge. Awesome CS in my book. |

Disco went out of tune, and since it lacks an adjustment screw to readjust it, just needs to be smithed to get it back in tune again (correct free gap).
So, take the replacement trigger, send the old one back on their dime to correct with the will call tag, and all is good in the world again. |
