The other day I replaced the Micro T2 on my first build with a Accupower 1-4 and when looking through the scope I can see the handguard. Is this ok or did I do something wrong? It's a Fortis Rev 14 handguard and a LaRue QD scope mount. Thanks!

The scope is sitting much lower than a red dot like a T1 Micro, so all may be fine.  Is the handguard blocking the field of view, or is it that you can just see in in the bottom of the field of view slightly?  Have you shot it and got it zeroed?  If you got it zeroed, were you pushing any extremes for elevation adjustments?

I would move the scope base as far forward on the upper receiver as it can go. At 1x it will act like a red dot. You'll be able to see everything at 1x, it will disappear once you get up to 3x or higher.

At 4x you will probably be prone and you'll need more eye relief. Most of my scopes have the rear objective at or slightly forward of the charging handle.

Eye relief changes when your change magnification settings. Try to find a happy middle ground.

This sounds normal. Double check your eye relief like the previous poster stated and zero it.

I'm with the above posters, you probably need to move the scope and mount forward on your rifle an inch for proper eye relief.

I don't see it as an issue that you can see a little rail below 1.5x.
