So i thought maybe i'd file on the pin groove. Make it deeper and wider.

But that didnt work. Then i noticed that the hammer spring legs didnt
even contact the pin, so now im considering filing the back trigger shoulder

so that it will be lower and the hammer spring can contact the trigger pin.
Sound reasonable? This is on an 80% lower that i finished, with a del-ton
20"rifle kit. I havent assembled anything but the hammer and trigger, and noticed
that the pin moves just by working the trigger.

When the trigger pin is moving, do you mean that the pin is rotating, or is it moving sideways (left and right) out of the lower receiver?

Chuck the pin in a drill, and spin file the annular groove to deepen it if needed with a jewelers file so the hammer spring leg en gauges the pin groove correctly.

As for the pin itself, it should be rotating with the trigger in the receiver channel for it, but not walking out the sides of the receiver instead (slight movement left to right in the receiver channel, but the spring leg still in the groove so it will not totally walk out of the lower receiver channel.

Also, if the pin seems to be more to one side that the other in the lower receiver channels (with the spring legs holding it in place), then install the pin so the side annular groove is on the other side instead (other spring leg holding the pin in place via the  side groove instead).

Also, on the side of the C slots on the trigger, might want to clean the burs up that are catching the spring to cause it to ride up and out of the groove.

Lastly, install the FCG, hold the trigger back, and take a photo of the works straight down so we can see if the Side of the trigger C slot is lifting the hammer spring leg up and out of the pin side groove.  The trigger C slide looks to be milled correctly (short of the burs) and want to check to make sure that the spring leg has not be bent, which will cause the spring leg lift problem to begin with.

Note that any burs on the ends of the hammer spring legs have been cleaned up so they will not bind on the side of the receiver caivity as the spring legs move more towards the hammer as the hammer cocks back, then back as the hammer uncocks,
