]I just put kns trigger pins on my JD lower and im getting a gap between the pins and the lower is this normal??

Remove some material from the ends of the pins until they are just flush with the receiver.

That will take care of your problem.

I was thinking about trying that I just didnt want to mess them up if I should send them back.....

I went ahead and did remove some metal only thing is the hammer pin i cant shorten it has little fins the keep it in line but the trigger pin is now perfect so at least it cant slid around

Every KNS kit i've ever had is like that. Never had any trouble.

I've had them send me over sized pins separate,they are the same lengh.
