Hey Guys I have been working on this AR Pistol for sum time now and its a paid in the ass. But here is my problem

I can load a mag and Shot the gun and it will not eject the shell and the next shell starts to load.
90% of the time the front of the shoot casing is stuck on the charging handle.
The Most shot it has gone without jamming is 2 and third jams.

Im not sure what the deal is and needing sum help.

The Lower is a Delaware Machinery
The Lower Parts and Upper is a Black Throne Product ( I have had Five Uppers thru them and Zero problems till now )

Im not sure if the Buffer spring is to heavy or if the BCG is not spaced right.

All Help is Need.

Sounds like you are short stroking to me.  Load one round in the mag and shoot.  Does the bolt lock back?  Do this several times and make sure of your results.  Always, one round in the mag, chamber and shoot.  The bolt should lock to the rear each time, not one out of 5, every time.  If not, you are short stroking and under gassed.  Most often this is caused by the gas block not being properly installed.  One cannot just ram the gas block up against the barrel shoulder and call it a day.  Measure from the barrel shoulder to the center of the gas port, do the same from the rear face of the gas block to the center of its port.  Space the gas block off the shoulder by the difference between those two measurements.  That makes sure the gas ports are lined up properly.  If it still short strokes check your gas key on the BC to make sure it is not leaking, and also check the gas rings on the bolt to make sure they are OK.
Then on to the buffer and spring.  Are you running HBs and XP springs?  If so, put the standard buffer and spring back in and see if it improves.
We will not go into adjusting the gas port size on the barrel until all these other things check out first.
