Put about 200 rounds down range this week and I noticed the ejection pattern is all over the place. Starts at 3-4, and moves from 1 to 6. Happens with 193 and 855.
BCM 14.5 + 1.5 comp, Middy gas system, BCM FA BCG, carbine spring, tried H and H2 buffers. Could the spring be bad?

Are the lot #'s for each type of ammo the same? Is each mag of same lot jumping around? New BCG? check the ejector/spring or swap out a buffer spring from a known consistent ejecting AR to verify its not the buffer spring.

Ejection pattern is only useful when taken infull context...

Same mag, same lot #s. I noticed when I did a 10 round dump it started at 3-4 and every round moved forward some. The last round was at around 1. Have a CS spring on the way. Will install that and double check the extractor spring.

Not the spring problem, but a cleaning and lubing problem instead.

Use Sweets to clean the bore itself (requires less scrubbing), then use CLP to clean the rest of the rifle, including scrubbing the chamber with a chamber bush by hand with CLP.  As for lubing, Make sure to lube the Buffer parts with CLP with a thinner coat, then lube the B/C on the heaver side with CLP, then install the B/C and cycle the action a few times to migrate CLP from the B/C to the upper bearing areas.
