Got my first DD and it looks great, but the lower and upper are so tight I have to use a punch and hammer to get the front pin out and a hammer to push the front pin back in. The upper mates to my three other lowers (Spikes, S&W, and PSA) with no problems and I tried the lower on a another upper and that worked fine too. Any thoughts?

tolerance stacking...?

sometimes you just need to position certain rifles a certain way when popping the pins.

Most of mine like to be pointed straight up resting on the buittstock

A little grease on the take down pins, and in a few shooting/ cleanings, all will loosen up.
