| I have a Del-Ton barrel with a factory installed FSB. I've tried driving the pins from the small side and they won't budge - trim hammer, framing hammer, brass punch, steel punch - nothing. I haven't tried heating freezing or penetrating oil, but given the fact that there is no movement, I doubt any of those things would help and I plan to drill them out. Anyone disagree with my train of thought? Thanks. |
| Yea DelTon does one hell of a job putting them FSB's on! I pulled one off a mid lenght upper from them, I bent two very good quality punches. You have to have the FSB supported by something very solid and use a tappered starter punch to get them started but they will come out. |
