I have a new POF P415, fired just 10 rounds thru it today and now the bolt won't come back all the way. When I pull the charging handle back the bolt will only come back 2/3 of the way and it starts to bind-up. Buffer retaining pin appears to be as it should. Not sure if it is hanging up on the hammer. If I pull the rear hinge pin and allow it to pivot to where the upper & lower start to separate about .030 to .040 the bolt will then pull back all the way. Any help would be appreciated.

Hum! I know sometimes with adj singles you have to trim the hammer spur down sometimes because it gets caught on back travel causing the same kinda drag.  How long you had the rifle?
