[ARCHIVED THREAD] - First lower build, mag catch/release button question

Thanks to the walk through tutorial, everything went smoothly. Thank you.

I do have a question regarding the mag release button. I have screwed it down to where I can't turn it anymore as it hits the lower. But it appears that it is sticking out too far and there is lots of thread left on the button and it is rather loose. Every pic I look at shows the button and mag catch threaded portion being flush. How do I tighten it down more?

Push the release button in all the way. Use a punch, ballpoint pen or similar thing to push it all the way down into the lower.
