The BCG to stick forward after a round is fired? Charging handle is stuck and won't pull back. I have to get a small screw driver and pry the BCG back through the ejection port door. Thanks.

Rough or fouled chamber/rifle,
Upper not lubed correctly if being broken in.
Ammo either under powered, or the other extreme of over powered.
Coated ammo used in a chamber too tight for such.
Leak or problems in the gas system, causing the rifle not to full stroke, or in your case, not at all.

As for clearing such, no screw driver is required.
While pulling downward on the charging handle, make a hard blow of the butt stock off the ground (hard grass area works fine.
If a carbine stock, either retract or remove the butt stock from the receiver extension before making the butt stock blow.

Thanks, Dano.
Rifle is a new build shooting Wolf. Where would you lube the upper?

Pull the B/C out of the upper, spray it inside and out with BreakfreeCLP, followed by a quick flick of it to knock off the excess lube, then put the B/C back in the upper.  Work the charging handle a few times with the rifle unloaded, and the upper bearing area of the rifle is lubed correctly.

Once broken in, you should not need to lube the rifle this heavy, unless you are taking it will past the brink of trying to foul it out, and adding CLP every few hundred rounds will keep the rifle ticking alone.
