[ARCHIVED THREAD] - ROCK RIVER IRON sights problem

i just bought a brand new in box rock river entry tact m4 style rifle
i put on the rear a brand a.r.m.s. flip up (the on with 4 diff reticles)
THE PROBLEM

i had to adjust the rear way to the right at the 100 yard.

i know this cant be normal.

someone that seemed knowledgable told me i should get a laser bore sight and drift the front iron sight.

is this at all normal for a brand new gun from ROCK RIVER

Flip the sight around and try again (look thought, resighting it backwards).
Might be that the rear sight is not sitting symmetrical on the rail and the reason for the needed cant adjustment.

You could have a canted FSB.
