I just put together an AR-15 from Del-ton and i'm having issues with feeding.  Every few rounds, a round with make it 3/4 of the way into the chamber and stop because its slightly crooked.  By pulling back on the charging handle slightly to allow the round to straighten, the round then chambers fine.  I does it with D&H, Pmags, and NHMTG mags so i'm sure its the gun.  I'd post pics if i could figure out how.  Any ideas?

Please don't tell me you are riding the bolt forward.

Let the damn thing slam home, it's how it was designed to work.
It's not a pussy rifle, pull back and release the charging handle, or lock back and hit the bolt release.

If you are letting it slam home and it still does that, check you ammo, and the mags, make sure you seat the rounds at the back of the mag by tapping the rear bottom  of the mag on a hard surface like your boot heel.

Make sure the weapon is well lubed with CLP or whatever you use.

Bolt coming to rest on middle top of the case, or behind the back rim during the jams?

Also, has this rifle passed a single mag feed shot short stroke test, with the bolt locking back on the empty mag after such a single loaded/fired shot?
