Im not sure exactly what is wrong with my rifle. On every shot the spent casing get wedged into the head of the bolt and it takes alot of pressure to get it out. Can anyone tell me whats wrong with it?

What type of rifle?  What type of ammo?  Does this happen when feeding or extracting?  Is the chamber chrome-lined?

Failure to clean and lube the rifle correctly, Plus the wrong ammo being used to break in the rifle.
Note: when more information is given, I will update this accordingly, if needed.

With the bolt carrier assy. removed from the rifle, try inserting an unfired round by hand into the bolt. If it doesn't fit, measure the ID of the bolt face and measure the rim diameter of several unfired rounds. Check more than one brand of ammo. One or the other may be bad.

What ammo are you using?

I measured two bolface dia. one was .381, the other was .383
I measured several LC case rims that ran from .374-.376

Min. clearance =.005
Max. clearance=.009
