I have a BM lower with a B MP 5.56 NATO 1/9 14.5 inch M4 barrel with a permanently attached flash suppressor.

Using Magpul magazines, HK 416 magazines, Winchester 55gr ammo and Wolf ammo I am getting a failure of the bolt to hold back on the last shot.  I am also getting a stoppage with the fired round and the newly stripped round both jammed up into the chamber (it is failing to fully eject the shot round).  Sometimes when shooting wolf ammo the round hangs up on the locking lugs.  If I give the bolt assist a push it will go into the chamber. I put in another bolt carrier and it did the same thing.

I have been reading the post here and it sounds like it is short stroking.  Is this a correct assumption?

I have about had it with this piece of junk.  I am thinking about getting another upper.  I do not have the time to be messing with this.  I just want a gun that goes bang when I pull the trigger.  Does anyone know anyone who works on AR15s in the Salt Lake City area?

I had a similar problem recently with my BM lower, DPMS m-4 style upper.  After a trip to 2 different gunsmiths with no real answers, I finally determined that it was a combination of a lack of break in (firing/cleaning) and the winchester ammo Q3131.  My rifle would fire one shot of the winchester, then fail to extract, while attempting to load next rd. Resulting with jam.  The back of the casing was torn off.  I have run 4 different brands of .223 ammo (almost 300 rounds) with no hiccups. You may try some UMC .223 ammo or Hornady .223.  My rifle seems to really like the UMC, with nice grouping results.  As far as shooting Wolf ammo, I would rather not shoot the rifle than subject it to that crud. JMHO.  Anyways, I'm no expert, just giving you some of my observations.  Best Regards.

Good read, thanks for posting that, I hadn't came across that before.
