| I removed the Izzy Brake from my Bushmaster barrel and reinstalled a Phantom 5C. I Put on the crush washer and the phantom brake and tighten it. but the timming is way off. what should i do now. |

A new crush washer will crush, but you may have to back off the FS a time or two to get it (the FS) to index correctly (that is as long as you are taking the FS a single spin past hand tight only). If you maxed the crush washer out (more than a full turn after hand tight), you will need a new washer. And lastly, vise the barrel up via the block. This will keep you from slipping the barrel in the upper barrel socket if you are only backing up the receiver/the whole rifle. |
