some times the casing is not extracted. and when you push the bolt carrier release the bolt gets stuck on the partialy extracted case head (sticks out little bit from chamber) and then the bolt gets stuck forward and is a pain in the ass to pull back. and do any of you guys have any clues why the cases are getting stuck in the chamber, i have to use my cleaning rod to knock them out. any info whould be a help, thanks.

Rifle brand and what type of ammo?

If Bushmaster and Wolf ammo, your going to need to break in the barrel for 1k of rounds at least before Wolf coated ammo is going to function in the rifle for extended periods.

Also, if this is a brand new rifle, and you are breaking it in, install a #60 O ring around the extractor spring to give the extractor a bit more tension to allow the chamber to be polished out through live fire.  In a few hundred rounds of fire (brass case ammo, and the chamber not reamer grooved from the start) you should be able to pull the O-ring and run the rifle stock (lubed and cleaned correctly).
