[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Barrel Adjustment

I got a used beater rifle. I have to dial the rear sight to the far right to zero. About 12 clicks from the end of adjustment.

I would like to "bump" the barrel a bit to center it up a little better. Is this possible without shearing any pins?
