Ok I've shot a few rounds in my A4 16" now it won't recycle. Someone told to take the gas block off and drill out the hole in the barrel to allow more gas through as the hole always become fouled with carbon. Should I do this? And if this is a problem on these barrels why isn't the hole made larger to begin with. Thanks for any help. Also, how to you ream out the inside of the barrel after drilling? Or will a bullit take care of any metal hanging off the inside of the hole after drilling?

Well it looks like I can answer my own question--I took off the the handquard and noticed I lost both set screws that were holding the low profile gas block on the barrel. The gas block had moved forward on the barrel and low and behold--gas blow back was interruped. So I went to home depot got screws and put the whole thing back together. The only problem I had was removing the little pin that holds the gas tube in the block. So I ended up having to safety wire it because I did not have another pin. Will go out and blast tomorrow. ......
