So in my searching for an assembled upper with FDE floating hand guard this is what I have come up with. What is everyone's opinion on Troy Industries and PrimaryArms.com? It seems like a nice upper but I just want opinionsno first. Just so everyone knows this is my first build and a little slow to make a decision. I am also looking to pair this with either an Anderson or PSA lower. I just really need to figure out this FFL thing so I can order my lower. I'm not too sure how to figure out who to have it sent to. I guess I should call them. Thanks in advance!

| It should be fine OP. Troy makes ok stuff and PA is a good company (a lot of people don't like troy due to some business practices they have, i'll stay out of that one but PA is gtg). As for the lower question what is it you are actually asking about the FFL? All you have to do is find a local FFL that can accept the lower and transfer it to you and then let PA know who to ship it to and either provide them with a copy of that store's FFL or have the store themselves send it in. |
