I am building my first (and only) AR and would like to borrow an 80% jig for drill press or router (I have both). I am willing to put down a deposit or collateral and I will return it quickly (and in the same condition). I am a long-time shade tree mechanic and I appreciate and respect tools.
Thanks!

Yeah probably not gonna happen more than likely. The ATF raided ak build parties where people shared tools and said it was a no-no. The general consensus is you have to own it. No renting/lending.

That is kind of touchy, by time you pay the shipping both ways and such, you can get a decent aluminum 80% jig and as long as you don't mess it up you can sell it on EE when you are done and probably not be out much money.  I think I paid $65 brand new for my first all aluminum jig on GB and that included shipping.  I did 15 lowers out of that first jig I purchased before I got lazy and enlarged the trigger group pocked template out a bit by mistake.

Thanks, yeah I thought that was where I posted but then I saw it here and I couldn't figure out how to delete the post; in an effort not to be a nuisance I didn't want to repost it.
