I believe what you are looking for is the Matech rear sight. They are very nice for precise quick hits at long range since you can adjust elevation on the fly. There is a couple problems like over tightening the allen bolt will break the clamp and also the detent that holds that rear sight down will wear. These are minor issues for a very nice rear sight that can be found used plentifully on the open markets. Usually about $20-$40 used is most I will ever pay for one and you can always get your money back if you don't like them.
