The upper and rail make it look kind of futuristic. I like it.

That's a nice-lookin' rig!  Now I've got more components to consider for my upcoming build(s)!

That is a sweet looking stick. I do like that side charge setup, but what I really like is that color!

How does it shoot, though? I suspect that trigger won't be doing you any favors. Parts list looks like you went all out, everywhere except in that one critical part.

Is it just the angle of the picture or is the safety not at a perfect 90 degrees?  I've see a few recent posts about 80%'ers coming out like that.  Just wondering how you completed the lower, what jig or mill and how the process went for you.

ETA. Forgot to mention, what finish did you use on the lower?  I like the two tone.  Nice looking stick!

Thanks for the kind words everyone...

Here is a picture in better lighting.

To answer a few questions from the thread here...

.The TR Enabling trigger is not as bad as I thought it would be, you can tell they did some polishing and spring work on it at their facility.  I will be upgrading it soon to tighten up groups (I'm a bolt action varmint shooter, so I'm picky about triggers).

.The safety select was the tightest fit out of everything, especially after the coating of the lower (Black Cerakote).  The lower parts kit came with a back mag-phos coating as well so the two finishes are working themselves out slowly.  I spent about 30 min applying gun oil and working the selector back and forth (that's why the rag is so dirty in the original photos, had to get the coating worked off of the selector where it rotates in the holes drilled in the lower).  After oiling and working it's finally breaking in and feels good.  On my next cleaning I plan on re-oiling and working it some more and it should be perfect after that.

.The coating on the lower is graphite black CeraKote.

.The rifle itself shoot fantastic, very smooth, and I love the side charge operation.  I live on 200 acres out in the country so I walked out to the hills and popped some squirrels, and just had fun going through a few magazines.  The upper itself is on the heavier side for free-hand shooting, but I was able to hit squirrels out at 50 yards with iron sights (haven't even dialed them in yet).  I'll get the sights dialed in here this weekend if it doesn't rain too much and post up some groups.

Thanks agan!

Thanks, yeah.  The original photos didn't really do it justice.  I tried to balance the OD Green and black enough to get as much color contrast as possible.  I think with a black scope it will really tie the rifle in and make it complete.  Also, the little details, hope people noticed that the slots in hand guard match almost perfectly with the Hogue butt stock...  Sort of almost makes it look like a "factory built" rifle.
