All the parts are almost here. Need to order a LPK and lower is waiting in jail..barrel nut wrench en route so i can torque it finally.

I put on different lower to check it out etc.

is this ok to have the rear BUIS placed a notch up was interfering with the CH on the last one?

Its always better to keep the front and rear sights spaced as far apart as possible but in the grand scheme of things 1 notch won't make a difference. Build looks like it should turn out good. Just started an infidel build myself. You pinning the kx or are you sbr'ing it?

Pin. Adco has fast turn around just be aware I got charged nearly 70$ return shipping. Assuming it was insurance for600$ value (?)

I would have to think so, figure about $30ish for the package and about close to that to insure just incase...definitely something you want to have. I'm debating on if I am going to send it out to adco for pinning or take it to a smith I have local. I'm going with a 249f for mine.

I mailed it for 16$ lol. It was mailed back to me in my packaging w a few random pieces of uneven different colored bubble wraps added :) jobs fine though im happy

ya barrel is clean too no marring or marks like ive heard others have from barrels being in vises etc.

There was no issue with the kx3 being nitrided? I was checking out their page and it says they won't perm attach surface hardned devices.
