| I am about to submit paperwork to register an SBR as a Trust. I've watch several videos on youtube on how to fill out a Form 1 however the form they use doesn't seem to match the new version of the Form 1. My question is on the second page where it asks you to answer yes or no to a few questions at the very bottom of the page do I sign there as well or it to be left blank and only used if an individual is filing for themselves and not through a trust. Just want some clarification so I don't get this kicked back. Thanks. |
| If you have a trust, why aren't you filing an eForm-1? I just did and you don't have those questions on the eForm. I think the eForms are faster than paper, both in filing time as well as approval time (that could be different today, but was my experience 16 months ago) |
