What would the proper buffer tube length be for the above? Buffer weight? Any ideas?

It comes with a buffer tube. I may still have one around, it's a carbine length tube but without the section on the bottom of the tube where the carbine stock locks, same as a rra entry stock I think

Yup, it comes with the receiver extension.  In the pictures on the Defensive Edge site.  You can clearly see the threaded end of the receiver extension in all three examples.  And it is a carbine-length receiver extension, and should use a carbine buffer and spring.
