I am down between BCI Defense or aero precision. BCI is a local brand about an hour from where I live and I like supporting local brands if possible. Does anyone have experience with them?

Aero Precision...

Aero V2 lower

Aero upper

Schuyler Arms always seems top have the best prices on Aero hardware.

Aero is good to go, I recently became acquainted with BCI and did a lot of reading on them and their products, they also appear good to go.

The encouaging thing I was reading about BCI defense was the Allen county, Indiana sheriffs department just bought 40 of their rifles last November.

I used Aero Precision for my latest build and the fit and finish were quite good. No complaints here!

My upper and lower are both aero precision. The cerakote from the factory sold me and the fit and finish are excellent

It's not the two that you mentioned but Anderson makes some nice receivers. You could save yourself a few extra buck id you went that route, that's what im using for a current build.

You could get both from Aim, for around $80!

While OK, I have two lower and one upper, fit is nice, the engraving isn't as deep as other receivers I've used

I've built on five BCI lowers and all were fine.  The quality is on par with PSA lowers that I"ve worked with.

I am currently building from a anderson stripped lower and I bought a spikes tactical stripped upper from primaryarms. they fit together really well, no play or gap.
