In getting ready to start a build for a 243 Winchester upper and would like input for the barrel twist.  My Winchester MD 70 stainless has a 22" barrel and 1/10 twist.  This combo works well for the 85 grain Sierra bullets that I am shooting.  Will a 1/10 twist work just as well in an AR build or is there a better twist?  I'll more then likely be shooting 70/75 grain bullets.  Maybe some 55/60 grain bullets but not sure yet.
Thanks for any input!

The twist needed will depend on the bullet and velocity.
Bullet manufacturers usually state the minimum twist rate needed for standard velocity ranges.
