Grendel 1, 264LBC, Grendel 2, and Grendel SAAMI chambers. What are the differences? Which is best for shooting factory ammo, most often the cheap stuff, wolf gold, but want a rifle that can achieve sub .5 MOA accuracy?

Dave: Check with the people at 65grendel.com, they should be able to guide you in this fundamental question. Be aware that to achieve optimum performance with the 6.5G, you need longer barrels, which means heavier rifles. If you want a short, light carbine with more power than the 5.56, consider the 6.8 SPC cartridge. good luck - CW
