Hello all!
I am thinking about my first AR-15build & I've toyed with many options, from finishing an 80% to mixing & matching uppers & lowers. I am currently looking into Spikes lower & BCM upper. I will be shooting this 20" Frankengun a lot. I want to get the A4 style flat top but use an A2 buttstock on it with A1 style triangular front handguard. From my earlier reading, I get the impression that BCM uppers are mil-spec USGI equivalent. Is the Spikes lower also mil-spec USGI equivalent? Thanks in advance for all opinions! :) |
