Just recently swapped out my 13" Geissele MK2 for a BCM KMR 15". What a HUGE difference in weight. The KMR weighs in at 7 ounces and change including the barrel nut as opposed the the Geissele Mk2 coming in at nearly 16 ounces with barrel nut. Anyone else run these KMR's and how have they turned out for you?

I've been very happy with mine and have found that the aluminum picatinny rail sections offer the firmest lockup versus the polymer ones. Due to the aluminum having a flat solid surface that contacts the rail, whereas the polymer has hollow recesses.

I did have one and the finish is just meh IMO I bumped my rifle on the corner of the door one day and it lost a big flake of paint. Switched it out for a mid west industries and couldn't be happier. The KMR rails are really nice I'm going to send off the one I took off and have it ccerakoted.
