Good Afternoon All,

I have my third build giving me some fits... In a mag of 20 it will lock up on 1-2 rounds. By lock up I mean it will cycle fine, then 'click'. Everything seems locked up. After some hard, hard pulling on the charging handle I can get it to open and eject, but quite difficult. Then it will cycle fine again. I am using reloaded rounds that work fine in 2 other 5.56 guns (one Stag and one Handmade). The build is as follows:
Upper:
Full Auto BCG (Gunbroker - found this back during the drought in Jan 2013)
YHM Muzzle Brake (5.56)
Daniel Defense Barrel (5.56)
YHM Free-Float Handguard (Specter)
Gunfighter Large Charging Handle
DPMS Mid-length Gas tube
BCM Low Profile Gas Block
Ejection Port Cover Assembly
BCM Forward Assist Assembly
Upper Receiver (AeroPrecision)

Lower:
DPMS Buffer Spring
Castle Nut
ALG Mil-Spec Trigger
YHM End Plate
Magpul MOE Lower Parts Kit
Lower Receiver
ACE Skeleton Fixed Buttstock
Buffer Tube (Standard)
DPMS Buffer (Standard)

Anyone have ideas for me to check?

Thank you in advance

Don't run reloads in your middy. It will act that way. Even if they are factory reloads. They just seem to be inconsistent.

I've had these type of issues occur where the bolt is basically stuck in battery.  I've heard people refer to it as a "hard lock".  I alleviated the issue by using a different bolt. It may or may not be an issue with headspace.

Thanks for the ideas. I have another BCG I can try.
It is defiantly hard.... I almost brought it back home to use a hammer once, But did finally get it with my hand
