I ordered my bbl from Rainier Arms with a BCM low pro gas block pinned to it.  Because I need to remove the gas block to install my FF handguard, they only put the pin in half way.  Do I still use the set screws in the gas block when I pin it?  It has two set screws in the bottom.

If you have them, sure why not.  Add a touch of Loctite to each and tighten them down.

Nothing the matter with redundancy.
