[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Stuck on trigger choice

My AR build is coming along nicely, I just cannot figure out a trigger.

I have been looking at the Geiselle SSA-E, and the Timney, but want to know what exactly you are getting with the price of the trigger. Yes, I run a Timney on my AO built 308, and it is the nicest trigger I have gotten behind, but what else is out there that is a little bit more budget friendly in the trigger department? Rifle is an 18" barreled precision rig for punching paper, hunting, and ringing steel.

Great choice. $65 for a very slick single stage combat type trigger. I love mine.

Not very budget friendly, but possibly the BEST trigger you can buy.

Depends do you want a 2 stage or single stage trigger

Geissele triggers are 2 stage and probably the best out there. Not cheap but very good.

Geissele is very popular in the target shooting community
