My upcoming build will be a 9" AAC barrel with 51T flash hider.
Would a 10" rail be too long for this? |

If you plan on running a can, yes.
If you don't, then it will set inside the rail a little bit obviously. Whether or not it's to short is your own opinion. What your asking may look something like a LVOA upper with the exception of your muzzle device sticking out a smidge. I think it would look fine since I like full length rails over top of barrels. |
