First off HELLO always followed these forums and researched just never made a account until now !

ANYWAYS to the help part, I recently put together a upper, Anderson Arms Upper, Rainier Arms 18in SPR Match Barrel, Midwest Industries Gen 2 SS 15" Free Float ..... Pretty Decent Stuff

So I Set the upper in a vice torqued the barrel to 35lbs and then lined up next gas hole, perfect ... everything lines up, carrier key doesnt ride tube done the test ALL checks ok !

Step 2 Load the MI rail onto the barrel nut all appears to go well tighten everything up looks great ! feels great ! all appears A OK

*PROBLEM* run fingers along the A3 upper to the rail, you feel a slight misalignment from the rail on the A3 to the Rail of the MI Rail, its literally in the 100ths of a inch can barely notice it and cant see it unless you really get down on it AND look for it

Question ... Could it be the barrel nut ? Im afraid to torque it down more as it may mis align the gas tube but it will fix the issue on rail alignment.
I have yet to put sights on it they are on the way but in the mean time should I even be worried about it being ever so slightly off.

And Yes I test fired it for gas tube and cycling check all functions 100%
Thanks in Advance guys !

Post a picture up close while remaining in focus from the top showing where the rail meets the receiver with the outside edges of rail and receiver also in the picture.
