Someone else CANNOT finish the lower for you. Not legally.
You might be able to find a machine shop that will allow you to rent their equipment to complete the lower, yourself. I doubt there are any places left who will rent out their CNC machine to finish the lower. Most shops that were willing to do so, before, have been encouraged, by the authorities, to discontinue the practice. Your best bet is to 1. find a friend who will let you borrow their drill press / mini mill or 2. buy your own tools. |
| Go to Harbor Freight. Walk out w/ $79 drill press. Drill many, many holes. Use file on ridges, or try an endmill and risk being turned into a newt. Or, if you weld, go here. |
