Although I've bought from PSA several times my most recent purchase is the first requiring an FFL. I provided my FFL name, address and phone number as the "Ship To" information. I've read through the PSA Terms & Conditions page and don't see anything about providing them with FFL information separately.
Is there anything else I need to do? |
| If they have the FFL on file, you're done. If they do not have the FFL on file, they will contact you (could be a week so I'd email their compliance department to check and speed things up) and let you know. From there, your FFL will either need to fax or email a copy of their FFL info with your order number and name. |

PSA usually wants a copy of the FFL for every transaction. contact your FFL and have them send a copy with your name and order number. Hasn't been my experience. Multiple FFL required orders before were already on file and needed me to do nothing. In February/March time frame, they moved to a new location and doing so they lost their FFL list so they had to rebuild it which may have been what you experienced. |

I had a delay on my order the last time around because I included the FFL info on the "ship to" address. Apparently CS said I was supposed to put MY info on the "ship to" and then just add the dealer info on the notes section...
If PSA already has your FFL's info on file, then call them up to make sure everything is correct. Be prepared to be on hold for at least 20-30 minutes... |
