Are there any companies that do kits like PSA does? I just bought a stripped lower for my first build and am now trying to shop around for parts. Any help would be appreciated.

Just about all the companies that make rifles sell uppers by themselves; some come with BCG and CH, some don't. PSA is about the most affordable ones, Del-ton has some pretty reasonable prices too, IIRC.

Go with the ones from PSA they are good quality. They currently have their enhanced lower build kit for $80

I have seen a few of the upper offerings but I was hoping to find more of the complete lower kits. I am really impressed with the PSA selection except they seem to be out of stock of most things.

I believe Rainier will configure an upper to your specifications as will many manufacturers.
