| Put together a Palmetto State Armory LPK and now having trigger problems. After charging then releasing trigger it does not reset. A friend told me this will cause problems like it doing a triple burst or worse yet firing continually. When I opened it up and looked I relized the two hooked end do not match up or catch. I am a total newb and cannot figure this out, any help here would be greatly appreciated. |

I also have no clue what you are trying to say, but buying a Geissele should fix the problem. |
| You most likely have some springs installed wrong, or, have possibly even used the wrong spring in your disconnector. Go Here and look the page over really well to make sure you put the right parts and pieces where they are supposed to go and in their proper orientation. There are some good pictures in that link. After doing that, get back to us. |

People here can help you, BUT you need to help yourself first. #1 When you say "...after charging then releasing the trigger.." (are you saying that you loaded a round, pulled the trigger and fired the round?), the spent round was not ejected, a fresh round was not chambered, and the hammer was not recocked? #2 What/which "...two hooked end do not match up or catch..."? What did you use for guidance when you were assembling the LPK to the Lower? Sounds like you have a/some assembly error/s. |

Bingo!
I took the lower apart looked at the disconnector... no spring. Also I think I had the hammer spring backwards so the two were not matching up. Essentially the disconnector was floating. The parts kit came from Palmetto State Armory and the piece is completely missing. So,I ordered a new set of springs from CTD should arrive in a couple of days. Sorry for my inaccurate comments previously I was completely screwed in the head and terrified I had some kind of illegal rifle. I am new at this so I appreciate the help and patience with my terminology. Quoted:
Sounds like the hammer's following the bolt because the hook on the disconnector is not catching the tip on the hammer? Forgot the disconnector spring or disconnector is stuck? |

You get what you pay for. Some people never seem to get that through their heads. They buy the cheapest crap they can find. Some companies put out crap, others do not. Ya went online saw a bunch of bad reviews from PSA customers not sure I'll purchase from them again. |

Ya went online saw a bunch of bad reviews from PSA customers not sure I'll purchase from them again. I was sitting the fence when these went on BF sale. Before I ever bought my first parts from them I noticed some of the worst reviews were about parts shortages in the LPK's. Thusly, I purchased a LPK & trigger separately from elsewhere to finish my lowers. |
