Been looking at building a side charging Ar15 really like the ASA, kinda high price. So I'm looking at the fulton armory side charging upper.
Does anyone have one? If so do you have any pictures? If so what do you think of it? Does anyone see any cons to it? |

Does anyone see any cons to it? off the top of my head no pictures my thoughts: its a interesting upper, side charging ar always are, there are obvious benefits to side charging, i've always dreamed of a side charge, 300 blk single shot rifle, just for fun, but thats besides the point. con: it's a recipricaating handled, which means there is a external part moving with every shot, this is a BIG con for me, it somethings i do not like, furthermore, because the handle is screwed into teh receiver, their is a additional step in takedown of the rifle, because the bolt cannot be removed without removing teh handl, the ASA upper actually fixes both these problems (hence it's higher price point its alot more work) |
