Here are my builds and their specs. I've had them all finished for quite some time, but I've been too busy enjoying them to post pics/info! Please comment and let me know what you think.
The first is a DPMS AP4. I didn't build it, but I changed out several parts. It will be getting a paint job in the near future! She's nothing special, but it got me hooked and led me to build my other rifles! -Ergo F93 stock -Ergo grip -Magpul Trigger Guard -YHM Comp/Flash Hider -VLTOR CASV-EL -Troy rear BUS -Bushnell TRS 25 http://i.imgur.com/XhPuHPZl.jpg Next is a rifle I built for a friend. I had some extra parts lying around from my DPMS rifle, so I used them for this build. -PSA stripped lower -PSA MOE LPK -Magpul CTR -BCM M4 Upper -DPMS carry handle -WMD NiB BCG http://i.imgur.com/zxC3dk6l.jpg Next are the two rifles I built for myself. The first was my dream AR. It was pricey but worth it. Cerakoted Burnt Bronze/Graphite Black. LOWER: -Seekins SP223 lower -Ergo pistol grip -Ergo F93 -Spike's ST-T2 Buffer -BAD-CASS Ambi Safety -Mega Trigger -PSA LPK -Seekins Mag Release UPPER: -Mega Billet Upper -Noveske 14.5 Afghan middy barrel -Ranier Raptor Charging Handle -PSA Upper Build Kit -DD .750 Low Profile Gas block -Seekins MCSR 12" -WMD Guns NiB BCG -Battlecomp 1.5 (pinned/welded) -EOTech XPS2 w/ GG&G mount and covers -Troy Flip Up Tritium BUS http://i.imgur.com/8wFftxDl.jpg Lastly is my FDE build. I was planning on redoing my DPMS rifle completely into a FDE rifle, but after pricing it all out I decided I'd rather just build a new gun from the ground up. I had way too much fun building the others to stop! Cerakoted FDE/Graphite Black. Wearing an Aimpoint PRO for the photo that belongs to my Mini 14. Thanks! The FDE build was fun. I'd recommend the cerakote. I kind of like how all of the parts are FDE but don't match perfectly.
It looks bulky but it is still pretty light. The F93 has some weight to it which shifts the center of gravity to the rear which I prefer. |
