Impressive parts list.

Personally I'd go with the DD or BCM 18".  I'd lean more toward the BCM 1/8 twist 18".  I prefer a rifle gas system on a 18" barrel.

What distance will you be hunting?

At no more than 150yrds, I would personally go with a 16".  18" would work fine as well, but the 16" may prove to be handier.  At no more than 150yrds a quality 16" barrel will produce great groups and delivers more than enough umph behind a bullet to get the job done.

Going with a 16" also opens up more options for barrels than a 18".

What if I wanted to shoot out to 200-250 yards?

What are you hunting?

If it's deer or hogs then my knee jerk reaction would be 18" 1/7 twist stainless barrel and run 75-77grn ammo through it.

If it's yotes or groundhogs I'd go 16" with a 1/8 twist.  That would open up your ammo options for lighter ammo.

Look in the gas tube bag. That's where I've found mine.

If you're looking for 150 yard gun I'd go with a 14.5 pined / welded every time.  Why.... they just look badass.  With an optic I make tight groups out to over 200 yards with my BCM 14.5 rifle.  Just my .02 cents worth.  Post pics when you have it all put together!

I also would go with a 16" if its only to 150.  Bcm or DD is the way to go.  Also when you ordered a gas block and gas tube they both should come with a roll pin.
