So I installed the matech buis with an Allen wrench, but didn't realize the Allen was messed up. So the screw that tightens up on the pic rail to clamp it down needs to be replaced. I googled matech and can't find a company that looks like the sight manufacture. Does anyone know if these are universal threaded bolts or how do I find a replacement?!

It is a US Socket head cap screw, either a #8-32 or #6-32.  Ace hardware should have them, or any good nut/bolt supply store.

I have a bin full of them in my garage.

Bookmarked this a while ago in case I ever had a problem with mine but haven't needed it yet... pretty common problem

They are not a standard socket screw. You can make one from a standard socket screw but you have to sand the diameter down and add a washer to the head of the screw.

This is the only place I have ever seen just the screw and lock plate for sale https://www.lwrci.com/p-27-screw-recoil-matech-sight.aspx

This.

The screw is the bad thing about the MaTech, very easy to overtighten and snap to head off.
