Just finished my first build and don't have the tools to check proper headspace. Anyone in or near Syracuse, NY area or know where can have done.

Guess I'll be helpfull. Did you install the barrel extension yourself? Is the bolt new?
If you answered no and yes in that order, I'm pretty certain you're GTG

Purchased a Rainier Arms UltraMatch 14.5" middy and a JP Enterprises full mass BCG. Extension was already installed.

The extension on the barrel and a non-worn out bolt sets the head space.
You could not change it if you wanted too.
Go shoot it.
