| My 2 Vltor complete lowers arrived. I have a Vltor MUR 1 A upper for one but nothing for the other. 2 barrels, 1 is a noveske 16" recon and the other is a 20" SS bull barrel. I have a seekins handguard that I believe will work for the shorter barrel but nothing for the longer one. How would you guys best utilize these lowers with the barrels I have on hand? I was hoping to use my 20" as my long range rifle. The options on handguards are endless. Didn't know if I wanted to go the noveske handguard route, or something else. Lets hear your creative opinions. |

It's wide open, man. You've got great parts, so don't waste them by not getting something strong to protect the barrel and make things nice and tight. Free float is a given as I'm sure you know.
Daniel Defense Lite 14.0 comes to mind. I run one on my 18" Noveske with a MUR upper, and it looks fantastic, and feels nice and tight. |
