| i ordered a psa combo lpk, stock, buffer, grip on the 18th. They charged me right away but order has not left the processing status is this normal for PSA? |
| Quality parts (exception: some recent bcg's I've read about on here), Great prices, HORRIBLE shipping times. That is the norm, in my experience. I ordered some 9mm ammo while it was in stock on the site, was charged, never notified of a backorder and didn't receive my order for near 40 days. Worst part, I am in the same state. |
| Ordered a patrol AR from them and it stated that they would have to process 15 days, sure enough on the 15th day it was out, despite the fact that I had to change FFL during the process due to the awesome bullet button laws here in the super gun friendly state of CA. I experienced excellent customer service over the phone and email while we cleared up my FFL issues. Considering all the crap that is going on I would say they have done quite well. |

I ordered a lower and it took 3 weeks, 6 emails,
and a few phone calls but it finally came and looks very nice. Now I need to order a LPK but next lower will go with another company. Waiting for a regular order is frustrating but bearable since they have quality parts. It's just all that mess when I have to make a transfer is not worth it to me. |

It took two weeks to get my LPK in. PSA shipping was always fast until the shit storm happened. Bullshit. PSA shipping was slow long before this recent shit storm. It's just part of their business model. They sell reasonably good stuff at good prices and charge your CC up front for everything. Shipping is often slow, packing prone to errors, and customer service is thin. Once you can contact them, they'll usually fix their mistakes. Do not go to PSA if you are a customer that needs something fast, has high expectations for error-free orders, or needs to be hand-held. |
| I've had very good experiences with them until the last time I ordered. After almost two months of waiting, three or four phone calls and two emails where only one was answered I canceled. I asked for a refund and I assume it was given although I have not checked yet. I have decided to buy elsewhere in the future. Great products, but I didn't like my las experience. |

ive actually had bad luck with PSA lately, in terms of shipping, I ordered 2 things within 3 or so months and the 1st shipment took like a month and NO word what soever, so i email themand they say,, oh wow, sorry we must have missed/skipped your order, we will get it out asap,, and they did.. the 2nd order i contacted them after,,,, 3 weeks or a month and they emailed me back and once again "sorry, we must have skipped your order" and they sent it out the next day.
I dont know how orders slip through the cracks, but they definitely do. Even with the shipment stuff i always try to buy from PSA when they have what i want. |
| My personal experience has been descent with PSA in the 6-10 orders I've placed with them, my orders have always shipped within the 15 business days they stated on there website. Knock on wood, so far all of my orders have been correct and I haven't received any additional orders that I didn't pay for. There customer service is a bit slow though, I wanted to modify an order once and it took a few weeks for a response, so I just ordered the additional parts somewhere else and ate the extra shipping cost. I do like there lpk's and lbk's though, I use a dremel with a felt buffer pad and some 3 in 1 oil and get some very crisp breaks from a mil spec trigger, didn't work as well on a few other lpk's I've used. |
