Did I screw up? I ordered a stripped lower and found out is is a low shelf designed for RDIAS. Isn't that for full auto weapons or can I build just a regular AR15 with it?

If it doesn't have a happy hole, it's not a "machine gun."
The RDIAS itself is the NFA item.
