My cat jumped on my table as I was putting the takedown/pivot pin detent/spring together....it went flying into the air.

Not really, Im a dumb ass and it flew on its own

Found it 2 hours later

LMAO, I sent the same detent flying that you did today.....more times than I can remember! I was getting an workout picking it up. She had to be special and use a magnet to foil my progress for a while until I aquired one out of another lpk I'll need....I might need to try some beers next time...

I normally just keep a couple spares. Selector springs are also ejector springs.
